Roboworld – Name Our Robot

robothespianroboworldRoboworld in Pittsburgh is due to open on June 13 of this year.  Roboworld will have more than 6,000 sq feet of exhibition space and be home to Carnegie Mellon’s Robot Hall of Fame.

Roboworld would like your help in naming one of it’s robots, the guy pictured here.  The robot will be a greeter at Roboworld.

You can choose from the following five names, or create your own.

– Stanley (in honor of 2001: A Space Odyssey director Stanley Kubrick)

– Andy (short for android)
– Ralph (roboworld’s Absolutely Lifelike Performing Humanoid)
– Chip (for microchip)
– Isaac (in honor of famed science fiction author Isaac Asimov)

You can cast your vote here.
