Panasonic Robot Picks Tomatoes

Panasonic has introduced a robot that can pick ripe tomatoes at The International Robot Exhibition 2017 in Tokyo.

The robot is able to pick 10 tomatoes per minute by using a camera, sensors and AI.

In the last few years we have seen a lot of farming robots like this Vine Pruning Robot from New Zealand.
