Bangladesh Bot

Bangladesh RobotFeroz Ahmed Siddiky, a graduate student at the International Islamic University in Bangladesh, has been working on a humanoid robot for 2 years and is nearly done.

The robot is made from scrap metal and responds to voice commands. When the robot is complete it will wash the floor, move objects and stand guard.

Siddiky hopes to eventually sell the robot for less than $1000 each and is currently in talks with an Australian software firm.
