Robot Living is our attempt at guiding our readers towards a techno-optimistic lifestyle. Simply put, techno-optimism is nothing but a firm belief that technological progress is and will continue to help solve humanity’s problems. Perhaps that sounds like a cult, but we assure you that it is not what we are trying to do here.

Robot Living was born out of our passion for helping answer our readers’ consumer tech questions and aid purchase decisions at the most basic level. Our content team tries to cut through the tech jargon to help you identify the right products that will make your life a tad bit easier.

I think an about page is incomplete without talking about our values. If there is one thing we established at the start of launching this website, it is that we will maintain our autonomy at all costs. As a result, we do not accept any sponsored posts or receive money to push shady products. We receive many products every month that we don’t even end up reviewing because they did not meet our expectations.

However, we all need to pay bills. So we have put non-intrusive ads on the website that will allow us to make money without compromising the integrity of our reviews. Occasionally, we recommend products we use and swear by in our day-to-day lives. When you purchase a product using a link on our page, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. It’s like buying us a beer for the effort we put into our content. However, what makes us truly happy is knowing that there are thousands of people reading the stuff we write and are using that information to make a difference in their lives. That is the techno-optimism that we have been harping on for so long.

We appreciate you and your time on our website if you read it till the end. If you ever want to talk consumer tech or anything else, you can hit us up using our contact page, and we will be sure to get back to you. We are not kidding. Every day, we receive many emails that always get a response, even if it is a “let me ask someone more knowledgeable about this and get back to you”.
